Stacie Barnier is an award-winning digital strategist known for her impactful research practices, innovative organizational strategies, and adeptness in simplifying complex datasets into influential and actionable narratives. Her proven track record extends beyond recognition, as she consistently influences individuals and organizations to make better informed decisions.
With more than 17 years of experience, Stacie adeptly conducts research studies using diverse methods, ranging from observational and first-person interviews to surveys and user experiments. Her extensive research portfolio spans industries such as energy, healthcare, finance, and transportation, with international projects spanning countries like Myanmar, the UK, and the Ukraine. As an independent consultant, Stacie imparts her expertise by training organizations in effective research and strategy development practices.
Stacie Barnier's dedication to equitable practices underscores the process and outcomes in every organization she engages with. Recognizing the impact of underrepresentation in research and strategy-making, particularly among women and BIPOC groups, Stacie champions transformative initiatives. Chanel Walker-Harris
Director Outreach & Engagement
Chanel is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor with a M.S. in Psychology. She is a dynamic and accomplished mental health professional with over 10 years of experience working with low-income populations and people from BIPOC communities. As a black woman, she conducts outreach and engages people from her own community from a place of shared experience. She has also conducted outreach in low-income communities and other communities of color in both the South and in the Pacific Northwest.
Chanel is experienced in conducting in-depth interviews, facilitating groups, and educating staff and clients on effective communication practices. Additionally, she has used research and best practices to create and manage programs targeted to communities of color and low-income communities. She specializes in creating culturally relevant services and communications targeted to young adults.
Notably, Chanel leverages her expertise to employ research and best practices, strategically developing and managing programs tailored to communities of color and those with limited resources. Chanel's expertise lies in crafting culturally relevant services and communications, with a targeted focus on the empowerment and well-being of young adults. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to create impactful solutions set her apart as a leading force in the field of mental health and community outreach.

Jamie Drakos
President & Founder
Jamie has over 12 years of experience evaluating energy-efficiency programs for a variety of organizations, including utilities, state governments, and non-profit organizations. She has focused her career on low-income programs, especially those promoting energy education, behavior change, holistic service models, and whole-house weatherization. She has conducted evaluations of small commercial and industrial programs, programs awarded American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars, and residential retrofit programs. Jamie has developed and administered numerous low-income energy education programs, including developing and conducting over 20 train-the-trainer sessions for community agencies serving low-income customers.
As a process evaluation expert, Jamie has conducted more than 30 program evaluations with tasks such as creating logic models, defining research issues, developing evaluation plans, and authoring survey tools, interview instruments, and focus group guides. She has conducted surveys, interviews, and focus groups with participants, program staff, subcontractors, market actors, and advocacy organizations. Her reports are developed to: document program operations; showcase participant satisfaction; assess program influence and market changes;
and provide actionable recommendations to maximize her impact on the energy industry.

Courtenay Collins
Vice President Equity & Opperations
Courtenay Collins serves as a practical force in addressing systemic challenges. As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion educator, she assists organizations in proactively navigating issues related to systemic racism, sexism, and ableism. Her diverse skill set includes organization DEI training and coaching, program metric tracking for federal grants, and budget management (handling budgets up to $45 million for large organizations), and staff management.
Over the past decade, Courtenay has strategically engaged in outreach across communities of color along the West Coast. Her efforts aim to connect with talent, cultivate diverse audiences, and secure sponsorships. She also brings over 12 years of experience as a Human Resources and Accounting professional, showcasing a transition into a seasoned leader.
Courtenay is also the founder of the production company behind The Northwest Black Comedy Festival, recognized by the New YorkTimes as one of the best national Black History Month events. She is also the recipient of the 2020 Precipice Fund fromThe Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. Her production company promotes Black artists and underrepresented entertainers promoting Black joy, humor in the Black community, artistic expression, and a voice against anti-Blackness.
